masks are not applying on face

I have notebook with such specs:
ASUS TUF Gaming F15 FX506LH-HN236 Intel Core i5 2.5 ГГц, RAM 16 ГБ, SSD 512 ГБ, GeForce GTX 1650
15.6" Ноутбук ASUS TUF Gaming F15 FX506LH-HN236 1920x1080, Intel Core i5 10300H 2.5 ГГц, RAM 16 ГБ, SSD 512 ГБ, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650.

and my problem is not applying masks on face at all. sometimes glasses are adding but anything from makeup category doesn't work. all drivers are fresh, visual C++ and net frameworks(i have no idea maybe they are needed)are installed too but idk what problem is.
Setting 'retouche broadcast when no lense active works' but that's all. some of makeups writing 'find a face' and tha'ts all too.
Cam is Logitech c922, no complains on it, on previous pc everything worked well.
