java.lang.RuntimeException: java.util.concurrent.TimeoutException: The source did not signal an even
We have submitted our filter for this competition called AR Fashion Month.

The support team has replied to us writing that they got this error message.
java.lang.RuntimeException: java.util.concurrent.TimeoutException: The source did not signal an event for 30 seconds and has been terminated.
The thing is that we have tested on 3 Android phones and we don´t get the same error message. They said this error only occurs using Android and it doesn´t happen on iOS.
Since we don´t know how to reproduce the error, we have no idea how we can fix it. I tried to search on Google about it but I haven´t found anyone who got the same error using Lens Studio.
Has anyone here experienced the same problem?
