Deleted account without explanation

My Snapchat account that I use for business has been deleted.
I don't know of any reason for the removal.
I had many clients with whom I kept in touch.
How can I recover my account or find out the reasons for deletion?
Snapchat Support is unfortunately not responding.
I really care about lost contacts and conversations.
