How to add neon outline to 3d text?

Hi, I am new to the lens studio and have a hard time finding the right options and assets to add. I am trying to make an editable 3d text design that has a neon sign outline. Like how a normal neon sign would look like. i found some materials that might work but they won't add to the existing text. i tried moving them but 1 covers the other and doesn't work. can someone help me?
