anyone who knows a lens looks like "JAPANESE GHOST"?

It is a lens with full scene, looks like a “”JAPANESE GHOST“” or a “”SNAKE MONSTER“” with long tongue, (I attached a pic.)
I remembered I did save this lens when playing around, but later I checked my "favourite" but cannot find. Anyone remember what is the name? thanks a lot.!!!
