Snapchat Avatar Lens in Snap Camera

I have seen this question asked before, but no answers.
I am asking again hoping for a solution.

I am trying to get a snap lens to work with snap camera on my pc, but the lenses do not work.

Is there a remedy for this? I am particularly interested in the Avatar lenses.
