My snapchat account banned
Hello,
When I try to log in via the snapchat application I have the following message: "Your account has been temporarily banned...".
However, when I go to the website in order to be able to unblock my account, it says: "Your account has been permanently banned..." And I don't understand.
The reasons are given to me, but I only use snap to send photos and write with friends. What do you think ?
I have already contacted support but still no response from them.

Your account might have been compromised. Next time make a two factor Authorization in your settings while login in.
