Adding Hotspot Reveal to 3D Object

Hi! I am a beginner to Lens Studio. The requirement is to add a 3D object and when the user taps on certain parts of the object, a small description has to pop up. Please advice on how to achieve this.
P.S:- I have no knowledge in programming or scripting
