Why can't people see my lens but only me ?

I have two snapchat accounts, when I publish a lens I can see it on the account that I published it on but the other account can't see it. My friends can't see it either.

Secondly, whenever i try to publish a new lens I get a message saying "This lens can't be uploaded to My Lenses. Check your internet connection or try again later."
