Video Slider Not Appearing

Hey,
I just upgraded my phone from an IPhone XR to Samsung S23, and I believe there is something wrong with videos saved in chats. I can open them fine, but the slider bar to adjust the position of the video is gone. Is there anyway to get it back? Or is it just not on androids.
