Blocked account
Hello everyone. I am looking for help and hope to find it here. Well, I don't have access to the account. My account was blocked on January 7, 2023, which is more than 6 months. I do not know why. Maybe because I was using a VPN at the time. When I try to log in, the app will say that my account has been temporarily blocked. However, when I try to unblock my account through the website, it says that my account has been permanently blocked. I wrote to support many times, but they are useless and do not help. I have an account since 2014 and I really want to regain access. Please help.
