How to resize camera view in the screen ?

There are portrait lenses available, which resize your camera view into a smaller portion of the screen. I also want to do the same but don't have much experience around it.
My goal is to apply portrait background segmentation and display the segmented camera view in a smaller portion of the screen.

Hey, I have already skimmed through these docs. They are helpful in optimising, segmentation and adding a background, but i couldn't find a way to resize it.
What I want is, you can see the guy's face and torso in the 'adding a background to a Snapchat Lens' video. I want that to be 50% of it's current size and placed somewhere in the centre of the screen.

If I am missing something, please let me know
