Audio in video does not play.

I put an mp4 video into Lens studio.
The video is displayed, but the audio does not play.
I have confirmed that the volume is set to max volume of 1 and that autoplay is on.
I would like to know the cause and how to fix it.

Hi if video with audio doesn't work you can try to add audio separately
