My Lens was rejected after 2 days?

My lens (lip filler) was rejected after reached 48k of views, i received an email that it violates our guidelines and has been rejected, but why it has appeared to me now if it has approved before and getting a good visibility? doesn't make any sense, my filter doesnt have anything agaisnt rules, that just a lip filler inspired lens.
