I just got this email, but it's so incredibly vague I have no idea what it could possibly want me to change. Any ideas how to get to the bottom of this? Help!

"Hi,

Your Lens has been approved but may not be promoted to Snapchatters due to the following reason(s):

Technical fault. You can reach out to Support for more information.

Please review our Lens content requirements and update your Lens so that it’s eligible to reach a larger audience."

    I am also getting similar email and warning but it does not specify the exact reason:

    Your Lens, _____ has been approved but may not be promoted to Snapchatters. Please review our Lens content requirements and update your Lens so that its eligible to reach a larger audience.
