Is it possible to start and stop recording with a tap?

Hi, I'm working on an idea that will use body tracking to control a characters movements. I'm wondering if its possible to record without having to hold the record button down the entire time? As the person would ideally be in full frame and it's impossible to hold the record button from this distance and be able to use both hands.

    Found that if you press record there is a lock to the left, drag finger there and it locks it until you tap it to stop recording.
