My account was compromised and permanently locked. I’ve received no help from Snapchat support.
Hi, there is no way for me to appeal my permanent lock. I wasn’t given this option despite this being my first offense. I would like a real message from a member of snapchat support rather than an automated email, so a real person can review the case and determine no violations occurred. I was permanently locked after being compromised. The violation was “detected” by software which is historically faulty at picking up community guideline violations. I would hate to have to take legal action and have my lawyer involved against snapchat in the event they provided no help in recovering my account when i didn’t violate the terms of service, and snapchat did not follow the rules they have on their website when dealing with violating community guidelines, like permanently banning me on a first-time violation with no option for appeal. If any Snapchat employee sees this, PLEASE help me!
