Applying Text to Try-On Pack Clothing

Hello,

I'm using a T-shirt from a try-on pack from the asset library and I'd like to customize it by adding text to it. I was able to add text with a text object, but it moves around quite a bit on top of the shirt. Is there a way to add text with a text texture or anything else? Any guidance is thoroughly appreciated! I am not skilled enough in Blender to do it there. Thanks!
