Help to get SnapCamera to open on a Mac

I've just downloaded Snap Camera and when it opens, this message is displayed.

'Other instance of Snap Camera is already running, please use only one at a time.
Check your system toolbar though, maybe it's there?'

I've no idea where this instance of SnapCamera is as I've never used it before and I've checked Activity Monitor and there is no SnapCamera there.
How do I find out what is stopping SnapCamera from opening?

    I have the same issue, SnapCamera is never listed on OBS nor Zoom no matter how many times I try to restart the apps.
