Lenses lost material in snap camera(computer) but normal with iphone

Hi everyone
I’m new to lens studio and snap camera
The thing is that I published a lens ,it just working fine on my iPhone, but when I open my snap camera on my computer
It just shows pink and black grids
All of my materials and face mask are gone

Does anyone know how to fix it?
Please help
