Remote api to fetch Bitmoji url

Hey!

Since we now have Bitmoji urls from IdentityWebview it would be great if we could pass the lens a Bitmoji url and the lens could use a new remote api to fetch the Bitmoji and create an image object inside lens!

Or we could pass Snap-Request-Id from IdentityWebview and this new remote api populates with DisplayName and Bitmoji.

Sounds like a simple addition to the remote apis library @stevenxu
