There are instances where lenses intermittently fail to launch, and currently, we are experiencing a complete inability to access any lenses when attempting to launch a group of them. This issue is significantly impacting our user experience, and we kindly request your insights into the underlying causes. Additionally, we would like to know the estimated timeframe for resolving these issues, as it is crucial for planning our upcoming projects and updates.
2. Inaccessible Support Contacts: We have been encountering significant difficulties in finding appropriate contact information for technical support regarding Snapchat services. The documentation provided is either incomplete or leads to non-functional links, resulting in errors when attempting to reach a support representative (ie https://docs.snap.com/snap-kit/support/). This has made it challenging to obtain timely assistance for technical issues, and we would appreciate guidance on how to effectively reach your support team for future concerns.
