Why is my texture and everything disabled/"uneditable"?

I'm importing a 3D asset into the Asset Browser. And dragging it to the Scene Hierarchy, inside of a Head Biding. I can see the model in the Viewport. But I can't edit nothing of it. All the Materials, Mesh and Textures in the Asset Browser are disabled/"uneditable" in the inspector. It happens to glb and to fbx as well.

Why is it happening?

Also my model has a material that has a logo (.png transparent). That the alpha works fine on Blender and other engines, but it doesn't work in the Lens Studio. How can I make the alpha from my material work in the Lens Engine ??
