missing textures in desktop snap camera app, but not in Lens studio or snapchat

this appears to have been asked before, but i just cant find an answer
I have created a filter in Lens studio which works fine there and it works in the snap chat app but not on the desktop snap camera app, just those purple and black squares, can anyone please help. I think there is a problem with the material. Try using simple material of lens studio and then give it a try. May be for some reason the snap camera app is not able to process the current material used.
