Why can't I get upper body tracking to do anything?

I'm making a lens that will include a helmet and upper body armour.

I tried for a couple days to get 3D Full Body tracking to work and eventually gave up. Maybe I don't understand some armature fundamentals and that was holding me back.
I don't know. Decided to go the simpler route using just Head and Neck tracking..

Head works fine. Used the template and it's perfect. My helmet looks amazing.

I cannot for the life of me getting anything to map anywhere else on my body. I followed this link to a T and even the dummy box won't appear:

I just don't know what I'm doing wrong.

If you wanted a FBX model to attach to your neck, how would you do it??

(Correction. The preview screen keeps flickering green, but stops when I disable the script. Maybe it's making the box huge for some reason?)

One thing that you might want to check is the scale of your object. If the scale of your object is very large or very small compared to the real-world object you're trying to track, it may be difficult for Lens Studio to correctly track it. Additionally, the flickering green preview screen could indicate an issue with the tracking script.

For attaching an FBX model to your neck specifically, one way to do this would be to create an empty object in your scene and parent it to your neck tracking object. Then, you can add your FBX model as a child of this empty object. This way, your FBX model will move and rotate with your neck.
