change the color of someone hairline

hey im new to snap lens but i have been coding for 10 years i am trying to figure out a way to put a white line on someone's hairline this may sound simple but i can't figure out how to make snap lens recognize the different hairline width and height and put a white line on their hairlines or track the users different hair line to put an image over it
