Videos not working on specific browsers

Hi, we are developing an AR lens in Lens Studio to be used in a Camera Kit integrated web page. The lens is not overly complicated, but uses videos as textures for certain parts. However, on mobile, specific browsers - namely Firefox - do not seem to display the videos at all, despite other features and demo lenses working correctly on it.

Is there any reason for this or fixes we can implement? There doesn't seem to be any browser compatibility documentation in regard to video support but it would have been good to know in advance, and it'd be nice to know if its a feature they plan on supporting in future - or if there are caveats which they can't get around which mean it or certain aspects of video playing will never be supported.
