Help with issue with 3D Rig in Lens Studio for WebAR
I'm encountering an issue in Lens Studio for WebAR on my Samsung S20 FE. When locating the image using the marker tracker, I get the following error:
"Uh oh! An error occurred while processing this Lens. Refresh the page to continue."
The project includes a 3D character model with a rig and animation, which I need for my project. Additionally, I'm using a marker tracker to anchor the character to an image.
I'm not sure if this issue occurs on other Android devices, but it seems to work fine on iPhone.
