How can I paint a face in the forehead?

I´m creating a face mask of Aang. But I cannot keep the arrow in the forehead. It seems that the range of the mask is quite constrained. Any clue on how to maintain the forehead texture?

    try to watch some tutorial and do it with 3D it will make ur lenses more beautiful and if u want go watch this guy in youtube (models by mike) it will help u
