Fix SnapCamera for mac API

snapcam API "doesn't provide us any valid vode formats" so it will be skipped for all Qt apps. This means possibly hundreds of video apps simply can't work with SnapCam.

i filed this bug against Qt:

their solution was to just officially dismiss SnapCam, because the problem lies on your end!
