Audio doesn't play on few IOS devices? Any solution or suggestion.


I created a lens with music in it. The music plays on all android devices and few IOS devices but doesn't play on other IOS devices (All the tested phones have snapchat's latest version) my lens studio version is 4.36.1. Anyone having similar issues?


  • Use behavior script to play the audio. If still does not play then there is an issue with that specific device.

    Thank you it was some issue from the snap and once it got updated, was resolved.
