Hello everyone, I would like to know why my snapchat certification is activated on https://www.snapchat.com/explore/yougraph and I can't see it on my public profile. I need help to get my certification back.

    Since when did you no longer have the certification on your profile?

    1. on explore you have a star
    2. on your lenses no star
    3. on your profile you have the Snapchat+ star

    Try removing the star in your Snapchat+ settings and see if it fixes it? Could be an issue between the two services.
