Account Temporary Disabled

Hello Snap Forumn,

I'm facing an issue after my phone upgrade, Whenever I try to log in from my new phone it gives me the error message below:
Due to multiple wrong attempts or Unusual activity, your account has been temporarily disabled

However, I can still log in to my account from other devices; the only issue it is giving is on the new device. I have tried all the solutions like contacting Snapchat team (3times) but no reply from their team, I didn't need to but I still choose forgot my password option and created a new password but still not working.

I need help recovering my account so I'm able to login my account on new device.

Maybe Snapchat has restrictions on your phone? exile or something?
Is it a new phone?
