Others can't see Lens name when opening a snap with my lens

Hi, i created my first lens a few days ago. It's public and works well. Except that when you open a snap that was taken with the lens, you can't see the lens name after opening it. With other lenses, when you swipe up, the lens appears. It should also appear next to the person that sent the snap after watching it.
I have no idea what the reason could be and i can't find something helpful on here. Can you help me?
