I can’t log onto my account from my phone but I can do it from my laptop

I can perfectly fine posting through my laptop but it keeps saying that my account is temporarily disabled and I never broke any rules . I log off sometimes to take a social media break like a lot of people do . It sucks bc I do talk to a lot of people on there bc not everyone has ig and that’s there only form of social media and I’m really upset about this
