[v1.24.0] Camera Kit Mobile SDK release

We have just released Camera Kit SDK v1.24.0 to Maven Central and CocoaPods. Sample apps are hosted on the Snapchat GitHub account.

List of changes in this SDK:

Features

• Lens Studio 4.49 support

• Android: Collect lens performance metrics with the new Performance Metrics API. See Profiling for details.

• Android: Add a new API to get lens snapcode image and deep link URIs

Bug Fixes

• iOS: Add a debug dialog to swap API token for testing

• iOS: Add support for configuring debug dialogs via deep links/qr codes.

• Android: Added READ_MEDIA_VIDEO and READ_MEDIA_IMAGES permissions for the camerakit-sample-full and camerakit-sample-simple apps. These are the permissions required to access media files on devices when using the Media Picker lenses feature.

@stevenxu i might be hallucenating, but im seeing on snap's website that there is no lens studio 4.48?

Only 4.49 (and version before that was 4.46)

FYI @stevenxu there is another typo on top, it says v1.23.0 (should be v1.24.0)
