[v1.24.0] Camera Kit Mobile SDK release
We have just released Camera Kit SDK v1.24.0 to Maven Central and CocoaPods. Sample apps are hosted on the Snapchat GitHub account.

Bug Fixes
iOS: Add a debug dialog to swap API token for testing
iOS: Add support for configuring debug dialogs via deep links/qr codes.
Android: Added READ_MEDIA_VIDEO and READ_MEDIA_IMAGES permissions for the camerakit-sample-full and camerakit-sample-simple apps. These are the permissions required to access media files on devices when using the Media Picker lenses feature.

@stevenxu i might be hallucenating, but im seeing on snap's website that there is no lens studio 4.48?
Only 4.49 (and version before that was 4.46)
