Anyone else hasn't received the Crystals push notification yet?

I've submitted and enrolled more than 10 lenses in the Lens Creator Rewards Program in the last 2 months but I still haven't received any push notification regarding the Crystals hub, nor am I able to see the Crystals hub in My Profile section. Anyone else facing the same issue?

    I have the same problem I have nothing more I have 22,000,000 uses on but Lens Filter

    Yes, I just started recently I reached the all the requirements doing more than 180-200 videos post collect over 120,000 views and now Iā€™m at 1,011 but have received the crystal hub

    My crystals hub never showed up in my app even after 155 million spotlight views and 300 million lens views in a month. Not really sure why. No violations or anything like that either
