Dynamic UI Scroll View Size

Now that 5.0 has ChatGPT integration, I need the ability to display the result of the ChatGPT query in a UI Scroll View. The problem is, it appears there is no way at runtime to measure the size of the text to be rendered so the text content area can be adjusted. Basically, I need some way to adjust the length of the UI Scroll View--or a text box--based on its content. Maybe a 3rd wrap option that will extend the size instead of cutoff?

Totally unrelated but in 5.0 you can't edit the size of the UI Scroll View in the 2D editor--it doesn't show the handles.
