Is the notebook for the multi-object detection up to date?

Hi, I was trying to use the multi-object detection notebook from github link: https://github.com/Snapchat/snapml-templates/blob/main/Multi-Object Detection/Multi-Object Detection.ipynb
Is this still up to date? because when I try to run the dependencies cell using google colab the files doesn't seem to appear on the file tab when I run it causing errors on the notebook.
