Lens rejected due to average lens activation time (LAT)

When I preview the lens on my device, the LAT is around 750 milliseconds, but when I publish it, is being rejected because the Lens’ average lens activation time is around 1150 milliseconds.
Why?
How can I reduce the LAT?
How can I really know what is the LAT of my lens?
