Making a animation play once when a carousel button is triggered

Hi, could I get a reference for a script to trigger a animation once per tap?
I need it to trigger when I change the object on a carousel, like a woosh animation that covers up the person.

Example;
ObjectA -> Carousel button B tapped -> Triggers woosh animation -> Reveals ObjectB
