Voice not being recognized

I'm getting levels on my mic, but when I use Voice ML/SystemVoiceCommand, I'm not getting transcriptions on screen. Even when I load the Speech Recognition template, it just says "error" in text on screen. I've followed several tutorials, but nothing seems to work. What am I missing?

    As-tu essayer de redémarrer l'application "Lenses Studio" ? Pour ma part cela m'est arrivé et en fermant l'application puis l'ouvir cela a été de nouveau.

    Yes, I’ve restarted the application. Restarted my laptop. I’ve even tried a different machine and still get the same results which leads me to believe it’s user error, but I just can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong. The application has access to my microphone.

    Hello, this is very strange. Have you checked that your version is up to date? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?
