Why deeplinking uri do not open snapchat app?

I am embedding a lens URL on an NFC chip but when I scan the chip it always opens the web and there is no way that I can open the Snapchat app directly which causes my users should click the button open in Snapchat manually in each scan. Other apps like Spotify open directly the app instead of the web.

Can you please explain to me why Snapchat works in this way?
