LAT timings

Hi guys!
My Lens is being rejected due LAT timinings:

Your Lens’ average lens activation time was 0.8151439005533854 second and the maximum allowed value is 0.699999988079071 second.

I've compressed everything (textures and meshes) and I'm holding the initial animation by some seconds to not overload the phone until the filter is being loaded. Is there anything else I can do to reduce LAT times?
