Time interval

It is currently impossible to wait a certain amount of time before continuing with the rest of your code with using DelayedCallbackEvent which is very inefficient. I believe many other lens creators would also like to have the ability to have this feature as well. It could be presented as setTimeout(), setInterval(), wait(), or sleep().
