How to open lenses from Snap inc on PC Snap Camera?

I do not know if this is the right place to ask.
How can I get lenses that are made by Snap inc. to work in Snap Camera?
For example this one https://lens.snapchat.com/2da879bf94694ca1a970d02c97c6449c
They won't show in the search when I try it by the name.
