Name Scripts in the Inspector Panel

Hey, everyone!

Often I find myself having to add multiple scripts to the same object and my inspector panel gets really messy. I`d love to have an option to add names or tags to scripts, as shown in the image below. This way I can collapse all the scripts but still know what they do without having to expand them.

Also, it would be awesome if we could rearrange the Components order
