Snapchat Lens Studio v4.28 asset library "Oops! Network Error"

I'm pretty sure I have internet(I'm in), I tried updating windows, reinstalling the software, and restarting, but the same problem is happening. Please help...

ps: I'm in China, I can use VPN to access Snapchat, FB, Youtube these pages and apps.

    I have been using Snapchat for many years and I have a good experience with Snapchat. Recently I downloaded an app KineMaster Pro Mod. But this app is not showing Snapchat filtered images. Please help......

    I'm going to ask the same question. It's most likely the VPN or firewall. I can't access the asset library on my work computer and I need to get Snap to tell me the URL being called so I can whitelist it with the firewall.
