Segmentation Template NOT WORKING

Hello, I am trying to make a Snapchat lens for class research and I used the segmentation template with the moving hearts in the background. All I did was change the image of the hearts to donuts, and then lens works on lens studio. However, when I previewed on my phone, the donuts were broken and not moving. I tried to published it and when it was approved, same problem. How do I fix this? PLEASE HELP
