Connected lens stops working after uploading

Hi! Im working on a connected lens and it works fine when testing with the snapcode that lens studio gives you, but once I upload it the connected part stops working. Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening?

  • Hi! I have the same problem. I am using the Sync Framework, and it functions well when sent from Lens Studio to device, but not after uploading and using the uploaded version.

    @Jari Huomo hi! I've been in contact with snapchats support team and what happens is that connected lenses need to be public to be unlocked, so it might be a visibility issue.
    That solved it for me.
